Chardae Caine

City of Detroit Youth Workforce Development Fellow

Chardae Caine is the youth workforce development fellow, providing the City of Detroit and its stakeholders with research and support in developing and implementing a comprehensive
opportunity youth strategy.

Prior to joining Poverty Solutions, she worked as the research
associate for League of Kansas Municipalities, where she provided research, training, and advocacy for members.

Caine holds a Master of Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science, both from Auburn University. She has always had a passion for public service and hopes to continue
expanding the skills needed to leave a lasting impact on the community.


Detroit Partnership on Economic Mobility

The Partnership on Economic Mobility between Poverty Solutions and the City of Detroit is a joint effort to identify and implement concrete, evidence-based strategies that significantly improve economic opportunity and reduce poverty in Detroit.
