U-M is an active partner in this local Washtenaw County Summer Youth Employment Program, a 10-week summer employment and mentorship program that pairs employers with local youth to provide on-the-job training.
SummerWorks Evaluation Fellow
Jordan Fisher serves as the SummerWorks Evaluation Fellow at Poverty Solutions. The program is a university and community-based partnership that works to provide young adults in the Washtenaw County community with opportunities for employment, mentorship, and professional development. In her role, Fisher works to support the continued growth, expansion, and deployment of both internal and external assessment tools. She has also focused on software development and integration, in addition to supporting overall programmatic operations.
Previously, she was a research assistant for SummerWorks and assisted with dissemination and evaluation initiatives. Jordan holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education from U-M and a bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of Iowa.
