Jordan Greene manages the Washtenaw County Summer Youth Employment Program, a university-community partnership that works to connect local youth to opportunities for mentorship, building professional networks, exploring career and educational opportunities, and developing leadership skills. Prior to this role, Jordan worked as a research assistant for Poverty Solutions and at the Ginsberg Center furthering their mission of cultivating equitable partnerships to advance social change. She also managed the evaluation of a program that helped Detroit renters avoid displacement due to tax foreclosure. She holds a bachelor’s degree in women’s studies and a Master of Public Health degree in health behavior and health education, both from the University of Michigan. Jordan is excited to use her Public Health background and commitment to community engagement to pursue equity in our local community and beyond.
