Poverty Solutions is looking for multiple research assistants to help with the work of the Detroit Partnership on Economic Mobility. These positions are for Fall 2019, with the possibility of continued employment in the Winter 2020 semester. View posting.

Research assistant – Flint child care provider project: Poverty Solutions is working with the Provider Empowerment Program in Flint to explore structuring a “family, friend, and neighbor” child care provider business cooperative that would allow child care providers to access subsidies and other resources more efficiently. The position is for Fall 2019, with the possibility of continued employment in the Winter 2020 semester. View posting.

Research assistant – Detroit land contracts project: Poverty Solutions and Enterprise Community Partners are engaging in research on the implementation and efficacy of land contracts administered by Detroit nonprofits.
