Poverty Solutions and the Ginsberg Center are jointly hiring an energetic and committed individual to serve as a full-time Outreach Manager, focusing on leading engagement with community partners in Detroit.
The Outreach Manager will work as a part of the Ginsberg Center’s community engagement and partnerships team to develop and sustain partnerships with organizations and groups in the community working to address issues of poverty, to assess community needs, convene and connect stakeholders, and provide an information bridge to facilitate timely, effective connections with University of Michigan resources.
The person in this role will maintain long-term stewardship and relationships among community and university partners; plan and coordinate events; and serve as a link and liaison on behalf of Ginsberg and Poverty Solutions. This position will be based at the Ginsberg Center with time spent at Poverty Solutions.
